It is expected that with the passage of time the human civilisation grows and mass of humanity prospers. New technologies are devised, utilisation of natural resources gets optimized and as a consequence the human sufferings are minimized. Unfortunately this is not happening. The wars are being waged. Exploitation of weak and downtrodden is still there. Economies continue to be in doldrums. Why can't the whole of humanity join hand together and work in unison to promote prosperity ? The differences in race, language, country, provinces etc outweigh the commonality of prosperity goals. Can we still aspire for a higher mental status of human beings so that frictions are avoided and we progress with one goal ? This is the time to ponder.
